**空壓小學堂**  您的空壓設備，排 水 正 常 嗎 ？ 乾燥機內多附有傳統排水器或僅設置單一排水孔。其排水孔徑極小，現場經常早已堵塞不排水而使用者卻不自知… 位於高雄一間飼料工廠因現場總是有水而找上能揚，該課長表示「已採用多台節能乾燥機，希望能同時兼顧節能並改善現場有水的問題，但現場仍反映有水」 經現場觀察，設備舊有排水孔早已堵塞，並在拆解後發現，外觀看似4分(Φ15mm)的排水孔，實際僅4.03mm且因雜質鐵屑堆積，排水通道堵塞，完全沒有發揮應有的排水效果。 改裝Super Trap節能排水器後，排水通暢正常，現場也不再反映有水囉~ 若您也有與此客戶相同「明明已選用優質乾燥機，但現場仍反映有水」的問題，歡迎與我們聯繫，或許花小錢更換排水器，即可解決現場有水的大困擾唷！以下就讓我們跟著能揚節能工程師實際來看看現場狀態吧： 1.此為客戶端現場原有之乾燥機下排水孔 2.能揚節能工程師拆下舊有排水孔的管材時，發現排水通道完全被堵塞 3.堵塞之管材帶回拆解，發現排水通道外觀尺寸與實際排水管徑有差距 4.拆解並清除堵塞物後，可清楚看現外觀直徑與實際孔徑有11mm的落差 5.實際量測尺寸 6.改裝Super Trap節能排水器後，排水通暢正常，現場也不再反映有水囉~
